NOTE: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign does not have a Nursing program but University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) offers a Nursing program on our campus. Students can apply to UIUC and come in as undecided, take required course work, then apply to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program. RN is a license rather than a a degree. Whether you choose to pursue a four-year BSN or a two-year Associate degree (usually at a community college), you must take the licensing exam to become a registered nurse (RN).
