Research Experience

Research Assistant, Stuttering Research Program, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, 1999-2005. Mentors: Professors Ehud Yairi and Nicoline Ambrose.

Testing of children and adults; parent interview; data collection and analysis, especially disfluency analyses in audio and video speech samples; preparation of own manuscripts for a series of investigations regarding early childhood stuttering, including.

Involved in the ongoing research of the Stuttering Research Project at the University of Illinois with branches investigating various components of stuttering including genetics, onset and development, subtypes, and neuroimaging.
